Customer Service
At Bell Plumbing & Heating Company, the primary responsibilities of Customer Service Representatives (CSR s) are to respond to the need of customers calling in for service, enter the call into our computer system and later invoice the job when the technician has completed the work requested. Successful CSR's are self-starting individuals who easily communicate with the public via effective telephone skills. You must have strong data entry skills and at least one year of billing experience. Previous experience in the plumbing, heating or air conditioning industries is helpful, but not required. Additional computer skills such as intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word are also very helpful.

Parts Counter Sales

This is not an entry level position - The salespeople behind our parts counter are trained industry professionals.  Knowledge of plumbing, heating and air conditioning parts, along with great communication skills are a must.  Retired technicians are highly desireable for both full-time and part-time positions. Please apply in person at our beautiful showroom at 2150 S.
