"Because it's long past time for me to replace my furnace and air conditioner, I've been researching companies to make sure I make the right decision on what company I want to do business with. I had my last visit with an estimator from Bell this past Saturday, November 24. I suspected Bell would be my choice and I was right! On Thanksgiving Day, of all days, my furnace decided to act up. I contacted your emergency number and someone was over at my house in an hour, and I was back and running in an hour. The service technician was Bob N. One problem he found is that the motor was in dire need of oil. Based on what I heard him to say, it would appear that it had not been oiled for quite some time. I've had my furnace serviced by another company every year for the past couple years and I'm wondering now if they even oiled it. Had they done so, I believe I may have not had the problem I did on Thanksgiving.
I have decided to have Bell replace my furnace and air conditioner, the primary reason and deciding factor being the awesome service I received on Thanksgiving. I am enclosing the signed copy of the estimate so that we can proceed with the work. I am a tough customer where service is number one in my book. You have demonstrated you will come through for me, even on a major holiday! Please thank Bob N. for clinching the deal and I lookforward to a great relationship over the next couple of years"
