This position is responsible for maintaining the dispatch board by dispatching technicians efficiently and safely based on location, skill set, and demand. They are to uphold company standards by answering all customer calls courteously and with empathy for emergency or regular hours appointments.

Hours are Saturday 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Sunday 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM . You will have the phones from our main office forwarded during these times. On average you may receive 20+ calls. You will be required to be available to answer the phone during this time, but you may not be taking calls consistently throughout that time frame. Some Holidays might be required.

Minimum Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to train in our office during the day for 2 weeks
• Must be able to pass a drug test/background check
• Must be capable of multi-tasking and using several computer programs
• Thorough understanding of company dispatching and customer service procedures
• Strong data entry skills

Primary Job Requirements

• Answer incoming calls from customers requesting service.
• Schedule service and estimating calls
• Dispatch technicians safely, efficiently, and accurately to after-hours calls
• Respond to emails and live chat
• Document customer cancellations
• Resolve customer issues
• Calling customers with status updates.
• Track and report CSR data entry errors
• Assisting Service Manager as needed with Client Emergencies, Technician issues and any other office needs.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Making necessary corrections to customer accounts and/or service orders in the company computer system.
• Display flexible positive attitude
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information
• Exhibit and practice team attitudes and behavior
• All other duties deemed necessary by the management team to promote customer satisfaction and growth.

• Exceptionally strong communication and organization skills.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize especially with sudden changes.
• Ability to navigate difficult situations and strategize solutions with multiple people including technicians and customers involved.
• Outstanding customer service and de-escalation/resolution skills.
• Ability to identify appropriate technician for service by ability and customer needs
• Ability to appropriately dispatch technician or estimator by location
