Start to finish a great job. On 11/19/18 Mark and Karra installed a new furnace which included some duct work. The result is very neat, tidy, professional, and they left the furnace area cleaner than they found it. Two knowledgeable pros, efficient, courteous, a credit to the company. The same is true for the electrician who took part in this job but I didn't get his name.**********************************************************************9/17-30/2020Adam and Holly did a big re-piping job to replace my old, failing polybutylene plumbing. It was a huge project, with lots of hidden pipe, and their effort and expertise led to a great result. The work was neat, the cleanup left nothing undone. I’ve used Bell for a few different jobs over the last couple years. They are the people I call when I need something done perfectly the first time. My house has seen remodels on top of remodels, and I still find old work that wasn’t done well and needs to be updated/fixed. The plumbers at Bell, specifically, are outstanding. Most recently, I had Adam do about 4 different smallish jobs at once. He removed/replaced/installed a few valves in some very odd places, and re-ran some really badly laid pipe that was hidden behind a ceiling. He did an excellent job and left the place spotless. This is has been my experience with Bell technicians on the 3 different jobs I’ve had them do. They are always professional, thorough, and tidy. In addition to the outstanding quality of workmanship, they have once provided the lowest estimate, and once provided the only estimate after two other companies said the work couldn’t be done for a reasonable price. In fact, I was originally referred to Bell by one of their competitors (starts with an “A”, ends with “wood”) who said that this was the only company who could the job I needed. These guys are the real deal and their work and prices for difficult remedial projects can’t be beat!

I called for assistance around 12:00 p.m. and they stated that they should arrive between 2 and 5 p.m. We got a call around 1:35 p.m. stating that they were on there way. Kyle came in very professional and courteous. He explained what was the problem. I got the faucet and while he took of the old one. Within 30 minutes, he had everything under control. He was good!

Once again, Exceptional service. The person on the phone was very helpful and so nice. The technician was very knowledgeable and listened to my concern and addressed my questions. Both Techs had great customer service (very friendly) and professional (wore masks and show coverings the whole time). They even took the time to answer additional questions not related to the water heater afterwards. The only down side is the Bell seems to be more expensive than other options out there and this water heater needed to be replaced (severe leaking) after less than 8 yrs).

Jake analyzed the problem with the air conditioning condensor and made the necessary repairs in a timely and professional manner. After Jake's visit I spoke with Lance concerning replacement of my furnace and a/c due to their age and potential repair issues. After consideration it was determined that replacing those systems would be best. The installation of those systems was completed in a timely and professional manner by Fred Fisher and assisted by Joe. I would highly recommend the professionals at Bell if you are looking for a top quality organization.

We had a new Rheem furnace and air conditioner installed. The 2 men that came wore their masks & had booties on when entering the house. They laid down a roll of paper thru the traffic areas used to keep the dirt to a minimum in these areas. They cleaned up all old products and took them away as well as all boxes. They were friendly and professional and answered all questions asked. The job took 2 days and there was very little disruption during the installation. There were a few minimal things that they missed in leaving at the end of the project so gave them 4 stars instead of 5.
