When booking the appt. staff would not quote a price by phone, even though it appears their prices are fixed. The plumber was efficient and professional, but the price was exorbitant to repair a leaking faucet.. In hind sight, I should have refused the on-site estimate and looked elsewhere.

Amazing team. They made our full furnace and air conditioner replacement easy explaining all of the options. Since our furnace was suddenly out of commission, and it was 21 degrees outside, they were able to rearrange some appts so that they could give us heat in 24 hrs! Our hot water heater started leaking gas and we decided to get it replaced. For the services offered the prices were very reasonable. Our technician was professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Jake Morgan, was the tech that came to the house to look our furnace challenge. Jake took a look at the unit and told us that it needed a blower motor and the induction motor replaced. He took the time to explain the reason for the induction motor replacement an what the total cost was going to be. Wow. Bell Plumbing & Heating were maybe the best home service professionals I've worked with in a long time. Lance came out and walked me through my needs and Bell's solutions. They installed a new furnace, hot water heater and air conditioning.Fred, Joe and a team including a plumber and electrician all showed up on time. They laid down a drop cloth everywhere they worked. Their work and attention to detail blew me away. The new Heating & AC were a big investment for me. No way I was going to trust some guy in a pickup truck with an intricate job like this.Everything went smoothly and the equipment was top notch. We needed to update our water heater. To meet Jefferson county code we also needed to correct the exhaust and to replace the flume for our water heater and standalone boiler. We were given a fair quote. The two service people were friendly, courteous and professional. They spent much of the day updating and installing. We were charged what was quoted, so no surprises. Bell is an excellent company to do business with.I want to follow up with my Bell experience above. We had our city inspection recently. I was asked, by the inspector who did the work, which I answered Bell Plumbing. The inspector told me that the work was excellent and he was very impressed. From my own experience I’ve found Lakewood inspectors to be very thorough and persnickety, so to be told the work was excellent goes a very long way.

12/10/20 After a detailed assessment/inspection of (symptoms). Jim Womack (Plumber) determined 2 of our toilets were failing. They were old and served beyond their expected lifetime. Jim installed new toilets and made necessary repairs to the hardware the toilet fixtures sit on. Jim arrived on time. Reviewed the charges and services before starting the task. Bell Home Solutions has been out to our house 2x's for plumbing issues. Both times were great experiences. The plumbers have been experienced, happy, clean and very knowledgeable. We had a kitchen faucet leaking into the basement and Bell's Jim Womack came out took out the old faucet and put in a new faucet very professionally. Mark Murphy was awesome. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable with tuning up the furnace. Even helped program the thermostat that we have been having difficulty with! Great company and trustworthy. Have had other companies in the past and of course always find something that needs to be replaced for a lot of money. Needed emergency repair of leak in natural gas line to house. Bell got a plumber out to us same day and completed repair quickly. Plumber made sure all appliances were working correctly and that air in the system was purged so we wouldn't have issues with any of our appliances.Bell has always come through for us in the past and did so again this time!
