Extremely happy with our service from Bell! Brandon Stream came out due to a leak in our basement, along with our water dispenser on our fridge not working correctly. Brandon not only fixed the issue in an efficient manner, but was also professional, kind, and explained the issue in terms I could understand. On top of all of that, he wore a mask the whole time and wore paper booties over his work boots so he wouldn't track dirt in my house anywhere. We will definitely be using Bell again and I would highly recommend Brandon if you need plumbing services any time soon!

Bought a new furnace and swamp cooler and had them installed in late Feb. 2021. Very professional, pleasant and proficient work. Only surprise was I was told by the installer that I should call Xcel and have them look at (or replace) my meter as the high and low fire readings were not sufficient (4.98 with nothing on...4.0; high fire 3.28 out...3.78 in)...he told me Xcel would only accept a call from the homeowner. However, Xcel wanted to know about BTU's (which I didn't know) and said Bell could have called them instead of me calling. I only mention that because I think Bell wants to give good service, but perhaps Xcel changed their policy recently? Over all, excellent experience.

Our furnace was giving us trouble by shutting off and not keeping the temp at the thermostat setting. Called Bell for an appointment expecting to have to wait a few days. Dawn was aware that a storm was on the way and got someone to my home right away. The technician, Dieudonne, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, very professional, very respectful of our home. He fixed the problem right away, explaining everything he was doing. Would definitely ask for Dieudonne to service our furnace again.

When booking the appt. staff would not quote a price by phone, even though it appears their prices are fixed. The plumber was efficient and professional, but the price was exorbitant to repair a leaking faucet.. In hind sight, I should have refused the on-site estimate and looked elsewhere.

Amazing team. They made our full furnace and air conditioner replacement easy explaining all of the options. Since our furnace was suddenly out of commission, and it was 21 degrees outside, they were able to rearrange some appts so that they could give us heat in 24 hrs! Jake Morgan, was the tech that came to the house to look our furnace challenge. Jake took a look at the unit and told us that it needed a blower motor and the induction motor replaced. He took the time to explain the reason for the induction motor replacement an what the total cost was going to be. They installed a new furnace, hot water heater and air conditioning.Fred, Joe and a team including a plumber and electrician all showed up on time. They laid down a drop cloth everywhere they worked. We needed to update our water heater. To meet Jefferson county code we also needed to correct the exhaust and to replace the flume for our water heater and standalone boiler. We were given a fair quote. The two service people were friendly, courteous and professional. They spent much of the day updating and installing. We were charged what was quoted, so no surprises. Bell is an excellent company to do business with.I want to follow up with my Bell experience above. We had our city inspection recently. I was asked, by the inspector who did the work, which I answered Bell Plumbing. The inspector told me that the work was excellent and he was very impressed. From my own experience I’ve found Lakewood inspectors to be very thorough and persnickety, so to be told the work was excellent goes a very long way.

12/10/20 After a detailed assessment/inspection of (symptoms). Jim Womack (Plumber) determined 2 of our toilets were failing. They were old and served beyond their expected lifetime. Jim installed new toilets and made necessary repairs to the hardware the toilet fixtures sit on. Jim arrived on time. Reviewed the charges and services before starting the task. Bell Home Solutions has been out to our house 2x's for plumbing issues. Both times were great experiences. The plumbers have been experienced, happy, clean and very knowledgeable. We had a kitchen faucet leaking into the basement and Bell's Jim Womack came out took out the old faucet and put in a new faucet very professionally. Needed emergency repair of leak in natural gas line to house. Bell got a plumber out to us same day and completed repair quickly. Plumber made sure all appliances were working correctly and that air in the system was purged so we wouldn't have issues with any of our appliances.Bell has always come through for us in the past and did so again this time!

My technician, Jake, was honest and helpful. He showed up on time. They gave me a price before starting work. He cleaned and serviced my furnace and advised me where the furnace was marginal. As in ... Your furnace is marginal in this area. It will be okay for now, but in the future this part will need replacement. That lets me plan for the expense. He also helped me with questions I had about a new thermostat.

Levi came out and quickly knew the ins and outs of the semi-uncommon humidifier that was installed in my house. He was able to diagnose that it was wired up, incorrectly, to my cooling unit instead of my furnace and that the solenoid was shot. He was careful and considerate of my property and was very good at explaining what he was doing, and why, so that I never felt like needless work was being done. I would give 6 stars if I could.

We selected Bell Plumbing to install a new furnace and air conditioner. We liked Bell from the very first interaction with Lance Gabriel who is a fantastic Sales person. He was thorough with the information on the offered products and answered all of our questions. He was friendly and professional. We had confidence in selecting Bell based on our interaction with him. The service level did not stop there because the day of install we have two service providers, Fred Fisher and Joshua Welch who were both very polite, professional and knowledgeable in their craft. It was quite obvious they are very experienced. They did a great job on our install and they took the time to explain the features of our new equipment. We were impressed with them and with Bell.
