Bell is the best HVAC company in the area, hands down. We recently bought a house and inherited a total HVAC nightmare. Bell has worked with us on multiple calls to include the AC completely dying in the middle of a hot summer day. They have been extremely reasonable on pricing, taking into account the amount of work we have had completed through them previously. In fact, it's getting to be such a good deal to continue to work with Bell that we are almost starting to feel bad. We look forward to leveraging our excellent relationship for the company to pursue additional electrical and plumbing upgrades moving forward.In the end, we can't say enough good things about Bell. According to other reviews on here it sounds like they are not the cheapest. However, they are the best. Go with Bell and you won't regret it. In this last case, they worked diligently to handle my furnace replacement. Lance provided great guidance when selecting my new furnace – he was patient, listened to my needs and never tried to oversell me anything beyond my needs and desires. Fred and Josh installed the unit efficiently and worked diligently to ensure everything was managed. Please understand, this was a tricky and difficult install. They went above and beyond to get my unit installed. I had an issue with my heating unit and Bell Plumbing and Heating was very responsive and was able to send a technician out to my house that same day!! I've used Bell several times, and have always had a good experience. I've recently replaced a furnace and A/C unit using Bell. They were the first to respond and setup an onsite visit. I commend Bell for their responsiveness for both emergencies and regular calls. Had a leaky seal on a toilet. Was unable to remove the two anchor bolts installed in by contractor who renovated the master bath 16 years ago. The anchor bolts had lock nuts and the bolts just spun. Doug did a great job by cutting the bolts, installed new bolts and new wax seal. Tested the system and no leaks!

Just love Bell's service! They came highly recommended from co-workers. We had the furnace and AC replaced. Price was reasonable. Got a discount because we had recently used Bell to replace the water heater. The project manager and technicians fully explained what was needed and upon completion a full explanation was given on how it worked. The crew did a thorough clean-up inside and outside before leaving. The new furnace is much more efficient and keeps the whole house at an even temperature. The plumber came promptly after we called on Saturday and did an excellent job finding the leak. It was very difficult to find--he had to cut into the dry wall to locate it. It turned out to be coming from a crack in shower tile that had leaked down from upstairs into the ceiling on our ground floor. He told us a person who works with tile would actually have to do the repair. We greatly appreciate how persistent he was in searching every possibility. A lot of folks would have given up. Unfortunately, we forgot his name.

Great experience with Bell the last few days. We had a leak stopping our entire kitchen from being used. Dan was an amazing plumber coming in, finding the issue and recommending a fix all while being incredible professional and working around myself and wife having to be on work calls during all of it. The issue ended up being bigger than we thought and we had to have a whole team come in to quote and have HVAC work too. Brad was awesome and great at getting us a realistic quote that was a very fair price for the situation. Our project was to install grab bars in three bathrooms. Jim was pleasant, arrived on time and took time to listen to me and make sure the grab bars would fit my height. He did an excellent job of installing the grab bars . We did think the price of the grab bars and the installation of them was high at about $425+ per bar and Jim took the time to explain how Bell determines their prices. While it was informative to know how Bell determines their prices, $425 for a grab bar and the installation seems excessive. As always Bell does an excellent job and Jim was an outstanding and very professional installer.

I had called Bell for an inspection of our furnace. We had just moved into our new home, and even though the furnace was only two years old, we were hearing some strange noises. Jake showed up right on time, and while he noted that Bell offered an inspection/safety service, he didn't think it would be worthwhile given how recently the furnace had been installed. Nevertheless, he immediately began diagnosing what was going on, determining that all the mechanical parts were working as expected. He noted a few spots where air could be leaking from the system and taped those over, and eventually discovered an unusual situation where there was an opening in the wall that essentially served as an air return. We investigated, and it was an opening from a crawl space/storage area under the stairs where we were keeping unused suitcases, and they were blocking that opening. He described how it was possible that was causing a reduction in airflow that could in turn be causing the noises we were hearing. We unblocked the opening, and our noise problems disappeared!After completing his work, he finished up by giving us all the info we needed on the warranty status of the system and things we could consider going forward. All in all, we couldn't be more pleased with Jake's professionalism, knowledge, and consideration.

Amazing Specialist. * 2/7/2020 Revise decided to get a new HVAC since ours was 30 years old. Thank you Kyle, again great customer service. Though I have many bids, thank you for going over all the forms explaining it to me, not at me. Also, looking up the address of one of the bids from another company to see a dirt road was very funny and scary. Bell Plumbing is worth it and to have a larger HVAC and humidifier for only a bit more with longer warranty and maintenance matters. Ladies call them 1st, not a good old boy club. They just said hi to hubby and let me handle all details of purchase. They talked with me, answered all my questions and if I did not understand something, they either showed me by demonstration or showed me calculations and pictures. They have quick install, so no heat they make you know your priority.2/10/20 today was my install I chose today do to my schedule not theirs, they wanted to do this on 2/7/20 I opted out do to no time in my day. So Fred a true Master at HVAC, with his fabulous apprentice Josh, who both are very knowledgeable about their jobs. They did not talk down, but with and explained everything I needed to know, in terms I could understand and anything I did not understand they demonstrated. Now this job only took from 09 to 1500 along the way they had placed shoe covers and floor covers, they cleaned as they went and did a great job making it cleaner than it was. Thank you to Justin the Master Electrician who did a fabulous job on adding a new light and circuit. Last but not least I have never had Justin a supervisor, show up to see how I was feeling with the install, nor to care about a me as a customer. So that extra step was very worth all 5 stars. The price was worth what they provided in services and customer care, do not go any where else, they take a high degree in how they treat you as a customer. Thank you I am overly happy...3/12 revised once again...To all reading this get humidifier, breathing better, sleeping even better and my skin feels soft not itchy, it really makes a difference. Oh and my electric bill went from $300 with space heaters to $76. Thank you. Prior to losing my heat, my bill last year was $180 a month.

A very high quality hot water heating boiler was installed in one of my properties five years ago. The boiler is great however a issue developed in the interface with the distribution system - which is about 100 years old. The result was as series of calls over five years to resolve the issue. Finally my calls were no longer being returned.I call BELL based upon manufacturer recommendation and within four hours all issues had been corrected. Think of the time and money I would have saved if I had called BELL in the first place.All I can say is: THANK YOU BELL!!

I called on a Sunday and was assisted by Lydia. She was very helpful and told me what the "after hours" charge would be and when someone would be able to come to my home and check out my furnace issue. When Chris M. arrived he introduced himself, put covers on his shoes, asked me questions about the furnace, and then proceeded to run some tests. Chris was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. He spotted the problem within minutes and fixed it in a very professional manner.

Bell Home Solutions has been out to our house 2x's for plumbing issues. Both times were great experiences. The plumbers have been experienced, happy, clean and very knowledgeable. We had a kitchen faucet leaking into the basement and Bell's Jim Womack came out took out the old faucet and put in a new faucet very professionally. He was on time, nicely dressed, friendly, very knowledgeable and didn't rush the job. I would highly recommend Bell Home Solutions and when you call ask for Jim Womack (37 years eperience)!

Doug discovered the problem quickly, but you don't have the part on hand, so he recommended I go to Home Depot for it. Installed the part and the garbage disposal is up and running. Doug was friendly and efficient.

Our furnace went out in the middle of a snow storm so we were scurrying to get someone out. Bell was able to get a technician to us the same day. The small hiccup was they had some trouble finding the correct part, so it took a couple of visits before we were all set. We understand that can happen; in the meantime every technician was incredibly friendly and informative so that made up for the slight delay. They also made sure they got the furnace running temporarily while we waited for the part to come in. Thanks to their friendly service, we will use them again.
